DISC Personality Profile

DiSC provides a nonjudgmental language for exploring behavioral issues across 4 primary dimensions:

  • Dominance
  • influence
  • Steadiness
  • Conscientiousness

The DiSC Personal Profile instrument helps people assess how much they use each dimension of behavior in a particular situation.  The instrument then provides feedback designed to help people in your organization:
