The Hong Kong and Shanghai Hotels, Limited – ran a 2-day effective performance conversation program for senior managers in Hong Kong.

ABN AMRO – ran a 2-day Management Essentials program for a group of 10 managers in the Singapore office.

Bosch – ran a one-day HR Diversity Workshop in Jakarta for the Bosch ASEAN HR team.

M1 – ran 3 performance conversation workshops for managers coinciding with M1’s performance management process

UBS – ran a series of  one-day and half-day management workshops in Singapore as part of UBS management training program scheduled through-out the year

BASF – ran a Accelerating Leadership Development workshop for high-potentials in Japan and Hong Kong. Ran the same workshop in Mumbai with a 1 day train-the-trainer program for local trainers/managers to conduct the program for India. Ran a series of coaching programs in Malaysia for the management team.

Bayer – ran eight  one-day workshops on performance conversations in Jakarta, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur.  Associate with the Munich Leadership Group

RBS – co-faciliated a 2-day leadership workshop for middle-to-senior managers in Singapore.  Associate with Leading Initiative Worldwide.

Fiserv – Ran two 2-day coaching programs for senior managers in Singapore and Sydney.  Following-up with one-on-one coaching with selected participants in the next 2 months.

BP- Co-facilitated a 2-day Effective Performance Conversations program in Mumbai, KL  and in Jakarta. Associate with Oliver Wyman.

Kerry Ingredients – Ran a 3-day Graduate Development Program focusing on internal consulting/service provider skills for Kerry’s regional 3-year GDP program.

Helen Keller International in Indonesia – Ran a 2-day Strategic 5-year Planning offsite for the Indonesia team.

Johnson & Johnson – Conducted a 2-day Building High Performance Teams for 35 managers in Thailand.

Singapore Management University (SMU) – Conducted a one-day feedback and delegation workshop for managers.

Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) – Conducted a one-day feedback and delegation workshop for managers.  Program Director for 2 runs of the  Young Professional Program (YPP), a residential development program for those 3-5 years in MAS. Ran a 1-day performance conversation workshop for managers.

Economic Development Board (EDB) – Conducted a 2-day Team Development workshop for 25 new or pre managers in Singapore. Ran a follow-up to a new manager program and an Action Learning session for new managers in the Singapore office.

BASF – Conducted two half-day Diversity & Inclusion focus groups to identify specific inclusive actions for the Singapore location.  Developed an Inclusion-in-Action workshop for the Apac region.

Elsevier– Conducted a webex TTT for 4 location on a multirater feedback manager session.  Conducted multiple sessions of a multi-rated feedback workshop.  Conducted a short coaching program in Beijing.

Jones Lang LaSalle – Completed the Train-the-trainer documents for 2 programs designed in 2011.
