Management Skills Program

The client had a large number of managers who needed to be refreshed on the critical skills of management. The program needed to complement the existing suite of management program offered from head-office but with en emphasis on skills practice and skills that can be used immediately on-the-job.

Blue Dot Learning designed a 2-day program that was delivered in 4 parts: understanding performance, using feedback, managing through change, and performance conversations. Each of the 4-parts were designed to impact skills and to allow sufficient skills practice. Participants were encouraged to follow-up with each other after the program in cohort coaching groups.

A total of 7 programs were delivered in 12 months in Singapore and Hong Kong with very strong positive feedback on the use of the skills back-at-work.
