Economic Development Board of Singapore – conducted multiple programs for new team leads. Focused on practical skill to engage employees.


Monetary Authority of Singapore – ran a 3 day program for new managers with follow-up coaching to assist in application back to work.


Julius Baer – conducted multiple short courses for managers eg coaching, giving feedback.


EFG bank – conducted a 2 -day program for new managers which included a team building session at Sentosa. 


Bayer – as an associate of the Munich Leadership Group, conducted a workshop to support performance conversations in the Singapore office. 


Text100 – conducted an offsite around coaching for senior leaders at this marketing organization.


Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) – ran a 4 day program over 6 months to support new managers at the Singapore office.


HSBC – ran an MBTI workshop for new joiners embarking on a multi-year associate program.


M1 – conducted a 3-day program for new managers focussed on practical face-to-face skills.


Singtel – provided coaching support for 10 high performing staff to help them with their career development and professional capability building.


IDC – ran multiple runs of a career program ‘Take Charge’ in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.

Telstra – as an associate with Leading Initiative Worldwide, co-facilitated a program for emerging leaders – Emerging Leaders Program, and middle managers – Building Leaders Program. Conducted in Hong Kong and the Philippines.


Alphadyne – conducted focus groups and a senior team discussion for a boutique fund manager based in Singapore.

 
Standard Chartered – as an associate with Cirrus, a UK based leadership development organization, ran multiple runs of a 2-day leadership simulation for senior managers with two 1-1 coaching sessions for each participant.
