Jones Lang LaSalle – Designed a 1-day Business Conversation workshop that will be run in the Asia Pacific in 2012.  Co-designed a Personal Effectiveness workshop for the same purpose.

Peninsula Hotels – Conducted a 2-day Impactful Conversation workshops aimed at assisting managers to have regular performance conversations with their staff.

BNP Paribas – Conducted a 2-day Team Leader program for team leaders and new managers in assisting team leaders with practical day-to-day engagement skills.

Singapore Tourist Board – Developed and ran a 1/2 day OD intervention around helping business lines deal with knowledge and stakeholder management issues at work. The session is to be rolled out to 9 business lines in June, July, August.

BASF – Developing a 1-day region-wide Orientation program for high-potentials in the Asia-Pacific. Conducted 6 Diversity programs in Malaysia at the Shah Alam and Kulim offices. Ran an team offsite for the senior management team in Vietnam. Ran a 2-day Coaching & Mentoring workshop in Singapore for their ASEAN high performers.

Elsevier – Conducted two 4+ hour MBTI workshops back-to-back on the same day with specific focus on possible strengths and potential areas of development. Facilitated 2 internal Good-to-great workshops. Conducted a 2 day Coaching workshop for managers. Designed a 1/2 day multi-rater feedback action-planning workshop and a Train-the-trainers for internal trainers.

An NGO – Conducted a one-and-a-half day MBTI & EQ around comfort & discomfort workshop. Intense because of emphasis on EQ.

BP – Experienced a Train-the-trainer in London under Oliver Wyman for their global BP account. The training was around coaching performance conversations for senior managers. Conducted a 2-day Effective Performance Conversation workshop in Singapore.

Templeton – Conducted a one-day impactful conversation workshop as Day 2 of a Leadership Essentials program in Chennai. Highly interactive and great conversations on effective conflict styles in the workplace.

MAS – As the Program Director for a 5 day program for young professionals last year, I assisted in a follow-up. Also ran a Generative Conversations workshop for a group of 12 professionals in April. Ran a 1-day Performance Management workshop for the mid-year review and a similar workshop for the final-year review.

RBS – Conducted a 2-day Partnering for Performance program for senior managers based in Singapore primarily for the Operations and Support teams. Conducted a 2-day Leadership Essentials program for RBS in Indonesia. Conducted two 2-day Essential Management Skills programs for managers in Singapore.

Kerry Ingredients– I was the program designer and facilitator of two 3 day Graduate Development program for their APAC hi potentials. The program covered internal consulting skills and the conversations necessary to have a great working relationship.

ABN AMRO – Conducted a 2-day Essential Management Skills in Singapore for 14 operations and support managers and a similar program for managers in RBS Indonesia.  Conducted a coaching program for managers in HK and Singapore. Ran a 2-hour business conversation talk for interns in Singapore.

Elsevier – Conducted a 2-day coaching program in Beijing with very good feedback and a similar but 1-day program in Singapore to support performance conversations.

IDC – Conducted a team leader program training in Singapore for their new to mid management team. Conducted a ‘take charge’ program as part of an overall career and development program for hi potentials in KL, Beijing and Singapore.

EDB – Conducted a team development program for their new managers who were completing their overseas assignments and taking new assignments in Singapore. Conducted 2 new manager programs for newly promoted managers.

UBS – Conducted a Communicating for Results program, part of UBS Business School calendar event. Conducted an Applied EQ in the workplace with intensive practice using actors. Conducted short Effective Business Conversations and Influencing Without Authority Program in the Singapore office.
