  • Investment Conference Designed and facilitated an investment conference for 30 analysts in Malaysia.  Activities included skill development in presentations,  objective setting and strategic planning.
  • Global Training Needs Analysis Conducted a Global Training Needs Analysis involving interviews with 50 senior managers for a Private Bank.  All the results and recommendations were accepted at the global Executive Committee.
  • Managing Change Designed and delivered a 2 1/2 day change management program for senior managers for a bank in the Philippines.
  • Extraordinary Service Designed a 1 day service program aimed at changing service mindsets for senior managers at a large bank in Taiwan.
  • Selling Skills – Managing Sales and Selling Skills Designed a 2-day Selling Skills program aimed at sales management and basic one-to-one selling skills for a bank in the Philippines.
  • Sales & Service “Off-sites” Designed and facilitated sales and service ‘off-sites’ for a foreign consumer bank in Singapore. Activities included teambuilding and strategic planning.
  • Selling – Selling a Banking Product Designed a 1 day program to assist a consumer bank in selling a specific banking product in Hong Kong.
  • Practical Interviewing Skills Facilitated a practical, hands-on ½ day interviewing skills workshop delivered in Hong Kong, and Singapore.  Skills included behavioural questioning techniques and managing the interview process.
