ABN AMRO –  ran a Team Leader Program for 12 managers at the Singapore office.

Sodexo – ran a senior Leadership program for the senior team for this french multinational in Shanghai. Ran a 1/2 day feedback workshop for the regional leadership team at an offsite in Batam.

SMU – ran 8 Self-awareness workshops for the career centre at the Singapore Management University.

Reed Business Information – Ran a Coaching for Performance for 16 managers in their Singapore office at Changi Business Park.

Fiserve –  ran two program in Singapore and Sydney on Managing Change for senior managers.

BNP Paribas – ran a Team Leader Program for new and upcoming managers at their Singapore office.

BP – Ran multiple runs of Courageous Conversations in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur for first line managers.

IDC –  ran a Team Leader program for managers in their Singapore office. Conducted coaching for a senior manager in Singapore.

Peninsula Hotel – ran a 2 -day Effective Performance Conversation workshop in Hong Kong

EDB – Singapore Economic Development Board – ran training New Managers. Also ran Influencing through Conversations programs, and a  Team Development program for their Centre Directors and Assistant Directors.

Kimberly-Clark – Associate with Pivot Leadership, was a coach for a 3-day program in Vietnam.

Bayer – Associate with the Munich Leadership group, conducted Effective Performance Conversation training in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.

Knowledge Sector Initiative – Ausaid – conducted two 3 day management offsites for this development project in Indonesia.

Carlson Hotels – conducted 22 one-on-ones 360 assessment coaching for senior managers using the results of CCL’s Benchmarks instrument.

Economic Development Board (EDB) – conducted a program for a team of Centre Directors, followed by one-on-one coaching for each participant

UBS – Stakeholder management – conducted a program on managing stakeholders in a diverse & complex  environment as part of the Managing at UBS series in 2013

Johnson & Johnson – conducted a 2-day program for a senior management team to bring their performance to the next level

WDA – ran an MBTI workshop for a team of over 20 participants for a department offsite

Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) – ran a session on Delegation and Feedback for manager in their People Leadership Program; conducted an MBTI session for the audit department conducted a strengthsfinder workshop for the banking supervision group.

BP – attended the BP global faculty conference in January in London; Attended a train-the-trainer workshop on Courageous Conversations in London in March.

SMU – gave a 2-hour talk to SMU students on the first 100 days in a new role.

Monetary Authority of Singapore – program director for a 5-day program for professionals 3 to 5 years at the MAS. Spent 2 days at OBS followed by modules around leadership, influencing without authority and generative conversations.

Elsevier – conducted a 1/2 day refresher webinar session on conducting a debrief for a 360 exercise; ran Coaching programs in Singapore and in India.

EDB – conducted an Action Learning Review workshop for managers as a follow-up who attended a new manager program last year.

Other – Coaching assignment with 3 senior managers with various clients in Singapore and Indonesia.
