EDB – Conducted multiple programs for new managers in Singapore. Conducted influencing skills and team development programs.

Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) – completed Young Professionals Program – 5 days for young professionals. Developed and conducted leadership training for new managers at MAS – includes follow-up coaching.

Sumitomo Bank – Conducted multiple sessions of performance management conversations for the Singapore and Hong Kong office.

BNP Paribas – Conducted 2 programs for new managers at the BNP campus in Changi.

Bayer – completed workshops in Singapore and Malaysia of Effective Performance Conversations 1.0 and 2.0. As an associate with the Munich Leadership Group.

Coats Pakistan –  Facilitated a 1-day induction program for new GM and his senior team in Karachi.

Singapore Management University – conducted  multiple career discovery programs for first year students.  As faculty at the SMU career centre.

SwissRe – completed unconscious bias training for Hong Kong and Singapore offices.

M1 – Conducted multiple sessions of a 3-day Leading for Performance program.

Volvo – Conducted a coaching program for the HR team in Singapore.

OSK – completed multiple diversity program for this regional organization in Kuala Lumpur.
