High Potential Program

The client has identified a cohort of high potentials in Asia who can benefit from more attention, development and challenges. Many of them are eager to learn and be stretched. A comprehensive program is envisaged to formalise the way the organization engages and develops high potentials in a structured way.

Blue Dot Learning designed a 1-day program aimed at orientating high performers into the existing high potential development program infrastructure. The orientation program involves career discussion skills, emphasizing the importance of self-awareness, as well as having critical discussions with senior managers. A key message is that they should take ownership of their performance and career while working closely with the organization to explore development and assignment opportunities. Intensive and engaging, the program aims to start high performers on leadership journey.

The program will roll out Asia Pacific-wide in Q3 and Q4, 2011.
