Deutsche Bank – Conducted Performance Management programs at the end of the year 2008 and beginning 2009. These included performance appraisal training and objective setting & discussions.

MAS – Ran a Generative Conversation Day 1 program and assisted in two team effectiveness workshops. Day 2 will be in March where I will be following up on behavior change. This program is expected to roll out for managers later in the year. ran a Generative Conversation for managers. Program Director for a 5 day program for young professionals. Ran Effective Performance Conversations for 170 managers to prepare them for their mid-year reviews. Conducting a year-end performance conversation workshop.

JPMorgan – Ran new manager programs and the Manager to Leader program in 3 countries. Conducted internal programs such as Business Management Discipline and Mastering Difficult Conversations.

ING – Conducted a program for first line managers with strong feedback.

The Linde Group – Conducted 2 very well received middle manager program (Manager to Leader) and 4 first line manager programs (Management Essentials) in 3 countries. Conducted a 2.5 day First Line Manager program in KL focusing on key management skills for junior to middle managers

Visa International – Conducted a line manager program for managers in Singapore – 4 half-days focusing on coaching skills.

Macquarie Bank – Ran 4 modules of a management program for a Sydney based leadership group, Leading Initiative Worldwide (LIW).

Merrill Lynch – Ran first line and middle-manager programs in Singapore.

Reed Elsevier – Conducted a high-impact Consultative Selling Skills program aimed at increasing personal sales productivity.

RBS – Continued to support sales training with Consultative Selling Skills and Advanced Consultative Selling Skills for the Relationship Management team in Singapore. Ran a 3 Management Essentials programs in Singapore. Ran a Building Capability program in Singapore. Running a Essential Management Skills in Indonesia

Johnson & Johnson – Engaged in an executive coaching assignment for a senior manager

BNP Paribas – Ran a Team Leader Program for their new managers as part of their development effort to build-up their management ranks

IDC – Coached three high potentials in moving their performance from a narrow to a broad base contribution

UBS – Conducted 2 half-day coaching conversation workshops. Conducted 2 workshops on communications and influencing skills

Elsevier – Conducted a 1-day Management Essentials workshop with coaching for their new managers
