UBS – completed a series of workshops for the managers in Singapore as part of their leadership/management offering in Singapore.

RTI International – a US NGO – completed an intense 3 day leadership workshop for the senior leaders in Punchak, Indonesia.

Elsevier – completed 2 coaching programs in Singapore and Shanghai. The training in Shanghai was done by an associate in Mandarin.  Completed a junior level coaching program for supervisors in Singapore.

IDC – International Data Corp – ran a team leader workshop for new managers in Singapore and KL.

Bayer – as an associate with the Munich Leadership group completed a series of Enhancing Performance and Feedback Culture workshops in Singapore, Indonesia and KL.

Declout – ran two 2-day programs for their emerging leaders in Singapore.

Sodexo – completed a first level design and attended a validation session in Bali to fully develop a 2 day coaching program for their managers to be rolled-out in 2015.  Completed a 2-day program for the senior team in India.

RBI – Reed Business Information – Conducted a coaching workshop for their senior managers in Singapore.

Royal Bank of Canada – conducted a Performance Management program which as a face-to-face in Singapore and video-conference training for Hong Kong. Did a talk on career development for their employees.

BP – As part of BP’s global faculty conducted two Courageous Conversations programs and two Effective Performance Conversation programs in 2014.  Also attended the regional L&D conference held in Singapore.

Ministry of Manpower – conducted a 1/2 day MBTI workshop for an intact team.

BNP Paribas – Conducted performance programs, interviewing skills, and programs for new managers/ team leaders at their new campus at Changi.  Designed and conducted 2 days of senior management training for 4 senior regional managers.

UOB – did a talk on connecting and building bridges with others in the workplace.

M1 – ran 3 set of 3-day program of the General Managers at M1 focusing on people leadership and engagement skills such as coaching and feedback.

EDB – Economic Development Board of Singapore. Conducted 2 programs for new managers.

Telstra – as an associate with Learning Initiatives Worldwide – was a group coach in a 1-day assessment day for managers in Hong Kong.

Mercer – was part of a train-the-trainer program for Baclays on Performance Conversations, to be rolled out in 2014,2015

EDB – Economic Development Board of Singapore. Conducted 2 day of Team Development for Centre Directors during their annual trip back to Singapore.  Conducted 2 Influencing Skills programs and 2 Peer Leadership programs for young professionals.

Kimberly Clark – as an associate for Pivot Leadership, co-trained 3 days in KL for their regional high potentials.

Tate & Lyle – as an associate with Leading Initiatives Worlwide.  Co-facilitator for a 2 day program for middle-managers. Part of a 6 day program over 4 monts.

MAS – Monetary Authority of Singapore. Briefing session in January for a 5-day Young Professionals Program (YPP) in Feb.  Delegation & Feedback program for middle managers in January.  Was program director for two additional (YPP) programs mid and year-end.

SMU – Singapore Management University – conducted two sets of 8 self-awareness workshops for the career centre for 1st year students.  Career talk on for 4th year students.

Coaching – completed 4 primary coaching assignments with 4 senior managers.
