Leadership Program

This organization had a specific need to develop 4 high potential managers in their Beijing office. These were young and highly educated managers who were experiencing managing people for the first time but who, because of their abilities, were also asked to take on a wide range of senior management responsibilities.

An intensive 3 day program was designed involving 2 senior HR managers and Stephen Yong (director at Blue Dot Learning). Key elements of the program included the use of assessment instruments (the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, the FIRO-B and the Managerial Styles Questionnaire), coaching skills as well as effectively managing change in the workplace.

The program was effective in moving the participants to their next level of performance by raising self-awareness and imparting real skills that are practical in their workplace.
