Graduate Development Program

The client is a leader in the global food ingredients market. They have a pool of highly talented graduates in the region and requested a strong and intensive program to support the demands of their business.

A 3 day program was designed over 18 months focusing the graduates on taking on the mindset of internal consultants with specific skills in conducting the 4 key consulting conversations: needs, solutions, flawless execution and learning. An important element of the design was to assist participants in transferring the skill back to work. As a result, in-program feedback and a post-program assignment as introduced to help participants apply the skills immediately.

A final program assessment showed a high degree of internalization. The program continues with internal tracking of participants and the use of the skills in the work place.
