Leadership Program for High-Potentials

The client wanted to develop a program for their high-potentials to help them successful transition to be manager of managers. The program had to be challenging and seamlessly integrate with the existing development opportunities for high-performers.

Blue Dot Learning, in partnership with HR, designed a 2.5 day intensive program called the ‘Manager-to-Leader’ program that provided participants with the necessary skills to be successful and allowing them the opportunity to practice the skills immediately. The program had used a combination of assessment tools, coaching, skill practice and organizational context setting to build a platform for accelerated learning.

The program was delivered with very positive feedback. Two more runs were commissioned and delivered.
