Internal Customer 360 degree Feedback Survey

“Thorough”, “Give us more of this”, “This is a great start for everyone”, were some feedback by program participants.  Stephen designed and implemented an internal customer 360 feedback tool for a group of investment analysis in a global top-10 bank.  The feedback was reviewed in a 2-day program at Chiang Mai, Thailand.

The project included identifying program objectives, selecting survey dimensions, crafting survey questions, administering the survey, designing and facilitating the feedback program.
