Kerry Ingredients – Ran a 3-day Graduate Development Program focusing on internal consulting/service provider skills for Kerry’s regional 3-year GDP program.

Helen Keller International in Indonesia - Ran a 2-day Strategic 5-year Planning offsite for the Indonesia team.

Johnson & Johnson - Conducted a 2-day Building High Performance Teams for 35 managers in Thailand.

Singapore Management University (SMU) - Conducted a one-day feedback and delegation workshop for managers.

Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) - Conducted a one-day feedback and delegation workshop for managers.  Program Director for the Young Professional Program (YPP), a residential development program for those 3-5 years in MAS.

Economic Development Board (EDB) – Conducted a 2-day Team Development workshop for 25 new or pre managers in Singapore.

BASF – Conducted two half-day Diversity & Inclusion focus groups to identify specific inclusive actions for the Singapore location.  Developed an Inclusion-in-Action workshop for the Apac region.

Elsevier– Conducted a webex TTT for 4 location on a multirater feedback manager session.  Conducted multiple sessions of a multi-rated feedback workshop.  Conducted a short coaching program in Beijing.

Jones Lang LaSalle – Completed the Train-the-trainer documents for 2 programs designed in 2011.
